Job Requirements

  • MBA/Masters Degree from any reputed university.
  • LLB will be treated as additional qualification.
  • Minimum 05 years working experience in Recovery & Legal Department of Banks/ Financial Institutions.
  • Conversant with Loan classification and provision, Bangladesh Bank reporting, write off process.
  • Sound knowledge about Mortgage procedures, Loan documentation, and Auction Procedures.
  • Must have sufficient knowledge about the Bank related laws (especially NI Act, Transfer of property Act and Contract Act), Legal issues and other Laws of the land related to Loan Recovery.
  • Sufficient knowledge about land documents to carry out search in the Sub Registry office and AC Land office.

  • Candidates must possess 2nd class or higher CGPA.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong Negotiation, Organizational and Problem Solving Skills.
  • Must be target oriented with a focus to perform. 
  • Team player.
  • Computer literate.
