The following position is for a Group of Companies which is known for its excellent working environment and sound management. In the textile sector it has number of composite garments Units which regularly produces T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Ladies wear, Sports Wear, Tank tops, Kids wear, Jackets Trousers etc. for the buyers from all over the world. It has total:

• 101 Production lines with finished Garments production capacity of 143500 pcs per day.
• Knitting Production capacity 29000 kg of Gray Fabrics per day and
• Dyeing capacity 33500 kg of Fabrics per day

Manager - Merchandising

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Head of Merchandising Department.
• Lead a Merchandising Team of 15 to 20 members.
• Supervise all the stages from sourcing till following up the shipment.
• Maintaining excellent communication with buyers and buying houses.
• Ensure training and development of team members.
• Develop new buyers and secure orders to optimize the production capacity.

Job Specification:

• Sound academic credentials to suit the position.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing & merchandising in composite knit garments including 2-3 years as Manager.
• Excellent English communication skill.

Work Station: Dhaka Head office
