Post: Front Desk cum Management Officer (Female)

Job responsibilities:
Taking up the responsibility of an International organization for operation and monitoring of various kind of activates in Trading & Manufacturing industry.

  • Fully responsible of whole companies Internal-External communication & Front Desk Operation.
  • Strong skill to build and grow relationship with customers, foreign principle and colleagues.
  • To executes overall office administrative functions, management staffs, corporate affairs, logistic support, stock inventor management and ensure smooth operation of company policy guidelines.
  • Must have skills in time management, organization, and ability to work within deadlines & Develop Implement HR - Operational Accounting, policies, procedures such as payroll-training and banking formalities etc.
  • To executes overall office administrative functions, management staffs, corporate affairs, logistic support, stock inventor management and ensure smooth operation of company policy guidelines.
  • Review overall project’s progress / performance status with the Project Management Team. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out, daily attendance-leave, filing system and daily operation along take direct role in office administration.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and take up other duties as assigned.

Job Location: Dhaka

Desired Qualifications:

  • 01 Year & Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Preferably Graduate or Diploma from any reputed organization.
  • Professional Architecture studies/ Engineering degree holder will be given preference.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD / Auto CAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator and Ms Office Preferred
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Project Administration management, Designing-Drafting and Customer Support/Front Office.
  • The applicants have experience in the following business area(s):
    Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Healthcare/ Lifestyle product, Hotel- Hospital.
  • Have to have practical knowledge in Auto CAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator and Ms Office.
  • Management/ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
  • Ability to handle several things at the same time and meet deadlines– sometimes at short notice, in difficult places and under long hours – according to a results-based approach.

Salary Range: Negotiable
