A leading private commercial bank is looking for young, energetic, smart and motivated candidates for the post of Junior Officer (On Probation) - SME & Retail Sales.

Job Description/Responsibility:

  • To generate target oriented new business in terms of number of customers, volume and revenue for the segment
  • To achieve sales target in terms of product mix
  • To have huge sales call plan to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
  • To build and deepen relationships with existing business clients to increase the share of wallet and revenue
  • To have in depth understanding of products and services to perform customer conversations
  • To have vast knowledge of customer base in terms of the profile, demographic & psychographics
  • To perform all duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Qualification:

  • Master Degree in any subject/discipline with minimum Second Class / Division / Equivalent Result in all levels or Honours in any subject/discipline with at least one First Class / Division / Equivalent CGPA and no Third Division / Class / Equivalent Result

Additional Requirements:

  • Ready to work in target base environment
  • Extrovert with strong sales capability
  • Capable to work under pressure
  • Good communication skill in Bengali and English
  • Smart appearance with pleasant personality
  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office

Citizenship: The candidate must be Bangladeshi citizen

Age: Age not over 30 years as on December 12, 2017

Service Condition and Salary:

  • The successful candidate will be on probation for 01 (one) year and after satisfactory completion of probation period s/he will be absorbed as confirmed Junior Officer in the Bank.
  • Monthly consolidated salary during probationary period is Tk.26,000/- & after confirmation as per policy of the Bank.
  • The successful candidate will have to execute an undertaking to the effect that s/he will serve the Bank for at least 05 (five) years from the date of confirmation.
  • All other relevant terms and conditions will also be applicable.
