Head of Human Resources
Responsibility  :




  • Develop and implement HR policy across all areas of the organization including improving performance, maximizing attendance and providing effective management of change
  • Manage, develop and mentor HR team. Demonstrate strong leadership skills. Foster teamwork and support career growth.
  • Manage Human Resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
  • Facilitate in-house Training & Development programs and assist in ensuring training objectives are in place for all employees.
  • Develop, implement, and administer employee relations programs that will contribute to a positive and progressive work environment.
Education and Experience  :
  • MBA in HRM
  • at least 8 years
Additional Job Requirements  :
  • Experience in managing and developing HR team
  • Excellent planning, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Strong consultative and facilitation skills
  • Successful track record innovating and developing new initiatives in HR
  • Ability to manage own time, workload, and conflicting priorities
