Head of Human Resources
Responsibility :
Develop and implement HR policy across all areas of the organization including improving performance, maximizing attendance and providing effective management of change
Manage, develop and mentor HR team. Demonstrate strong leadership skills. Foster teamwork and support career growth.
Manage Human Resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation
Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
Facilitate in-house Training & Development programs and assist in ensuring training objectives are in place for all employees.
Develop, implement, and administer employee relations programs that will contribute to a positive and progressive work environment.
Education and Experience :
MBA in HRM
at least 8 years
Additional Job Requirements :
Experience in managing and developing HR team
Excellent planning, decision-making, and communication skills
Strong consultative and facilitation skills
Successful track record innovating and developing new initiatives in HR
Ability to manage own time, workload, and conflicting priorities
