Manager-Administration
Job Responsibilities  :





  1. Responsible for looking after all the administrative aspects of the organization and its facilities
  2. Housekeeping & cleaning management
  3. Facility and support services management
  4. Inventory control & asset management
  5. Support Staff Management
    • Policy development and implementation
    • Recruitment: profiling, screening, and hiring the right staffs
    • Payroll: Administering salary and other benefits
    • Attendance management
    • Filing of staff records/documentation
    • Ensure compliance to local govt. regulations
  6. Transport management
    • Ensure smooth transport supports for different departments
    • Driver handling
    • Oversee vehicle maintenance & repair
    • Ensure all the papers are up to date
    • Handling the accidents and such cases, manage, coordination with relevant govt. offices and law enforcing agencies
  7. Canteen management
    • Maintain canteen hygiene and cleanliness
    • Quality sourcing of food items
    • Prevent pilferage, spoilage
  8. Reception management
    • Ensure proper guest handling process
    • Manage the dispatch in a systematic manner
    • Set duty roster for reception
  9. VIP Protocol Management
    • Ticket, Visa arrangement
    • Hotel reservation, guest house allocation
    • Transports and security arrangement as per requirement
    • Arrange meetings with government officials and other different stakeholders
  10. Formulate of different policies
  11. Renew all the contracts and agreements with various parties regularly & timely
  12. Ensure security & safety of the office premises in coordination with Security Department
  13. Build and maintain effective relationships with the key external stakeholders
  14. Coordinate with all other departments for betterment of administrative supports
  15. Prepare and submit annual budget and establish cost control as per approved budget

Salary Range  :

  • Minimum 3 years in managerial role
  • Young, dynamic, and problem solver
  • True team leader with the ability to develop and groom the team members
  • Good sense of responsibility
  • Good communicator (both in Bangla and English)
  • Must be a computer literate with good working knowledge on word, excel, power point, and internet browser

Minimum 8 years

Masters in any discipline; may be waived for candidates having strong experiences
