Job Responsibilities  :





  • Conduct all administrative tasks in CEO’s office
  • Ensure the arrangements for foreign guests including their receiving, hotel reservation, entertainment, protocols, and overall hospitality
  • Remind, update, and brief the CEO on his/her appointments for the day
  • Ensure smooth conduct of CEO’s meetings through arranging meeting room and all other logistics supports
  • Attend phone calls to CEO’s office, keep call logs, correspond call notes, and notify CEO accordingly
  • Prioritize and follow up tasks and events according to their importance and sensitivity
  • Maintain a proper filing system and update the filing system for incoming and outgoing letters, faxes, and e-mails on a daily basis
  • Ensure that all the equipment and systems at CEO’s office are properly functional and take proactive measures whenever necessary

  • Masters in English/ M.B.A.
  • Candidates having O-level & A-level degree will get preference.

  • Good knowledge on various office & communication devices (telephone, fax, e-mail, internet,knowledge on Mac based applications will be advantageous)
  • Good knowledge on MS Office applications
  • Smart, presentable & possessing a good personality
  • Sincere and flexible
  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communications with senior management, client representatives, and government officials
