Position: Manager CSR (Liaison Office Dhaka)
Requirement
- Candidate should have auditing experience on social compliance, production traceability, environment and chemical etc. more than 8 years.
- Should have sound knowledge on garments business related all local laws, minimum wages of garments and textile, environmental law, ACCORD.
- Should have knowledge on ALDI requirement, Detox, BEPI, ASA audit, BSCI.
- Very good in mail correspondence and communications, good command in spoken and written English.
- Trained on SA 8000 will be preferred.
- Should have experience to develop the factories based on the customer requirement.
Job Responsibilities
- Representing on behalf of importer of renowned brand and communication with all stakeholders relating compliance independently.
- Conducting compliance audit as per local law & buyer's COC and sharing the reports with brand, agent and factories.
- To develop the factories as per customer standard by visit, follow-up and proper guidance.
- Communications with customer, group office and factories
- And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization

Educational Requirements
- MBA (HRM)/ Master degree in any discipline, L.L.B with PGDHRM/PGDPM from a reputed institute.
- Diploma in Social Compliance will be an added advantage.
