Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure & maintain quality at every stage of production according to GMP, QMS, and SOP.
• Implement the production plan to produce desired output through highest capacity utilization.
• Ensure the entire machine and equipments are regularly maintained for their highest performance.
• Ensure good housekeeping.
• Ensure all safety measures taken during product manufacturing and handling as and when required.
• Carry out Quality & SHE audit as per schedule.
• Implementation of SHE Standards & Policies.
• Implement operational excellence.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower.
• Conduct Training Program
• Preparation and review of SOP
• Ensure proper implementation of SOP, BMR & BPR
• Ensure Departmental Risk Management and maintaining Risk Register.
• Ensure proper PPEs are used and maintained by the employees
• Any other job assigned by the manager

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Masters in Pharmacy/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Applied Chemistry

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s).

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Leadership skill
• Fluency in written & spoken English.
• Computer Literacy.
• Knowledge in GMP, QMS & SHE.

• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing/ Six Sigma Methodology
