Manager Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure & maintain quality at every stage of production according to cGMP, QMS, SOP.
- Preparation of monthly/weekly/daily production schedule in consultation with planning
- Monitoring of daily , weekly and monthly production performance against the standard and program
- Productivity and quality improvement
- Implement the production plan to produce desired output through highest capacity utilization.
- Ensure proper documentation control and data generation of all the activities.
- Ensure the entire machine and equipment is regularly maintained for their highest performance.
- Ensure Quality & EHS L1 & L2 audit as per schedule.
- Ensure good housekeeping.
- Ensure all safety measures taken during product manufacturing and handling as and when required.
- Implement operational excellence.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Ensure Training are conducted as per schedule
- Supervision of Production floor
- Review of SOP/MI/BMR/BPR
Requirements:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Pharmacy
- At least 8 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Leadership skill
Desired:
- Fluency in written & spoken English.
- Computer Literacy.
- Knowledge in cGMP, QMS & EHS.
- Communication and interpersonal relation skills.
- Good decision making skills.
