POSITION NAME

• DGM position, also leads to GM, COO
• Able to independently lead and operate E-Business Payment & Service Portal
• Must have knowledge / concept in digital marketing, next generation product / service design for online (internet) users
• Knowledge in the area of Banking (consumer product, credit card, online payment) will be added advantage (former foreign bank / telecom professionals are encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge in technical domain of internet ecosystem / E-Payment gateway / M-Commerce will be added advantage
• Able to lead, drive, motivate and work with a team of professionals
• Understand legal framework, Banking and guidelines of Central Bank
• This position is only for individual with leadership quality
• Able to manage Merchants, Partner, Banks and other institutions
• Able to design, implement and operate a customer support desk
• Capable to handle Corporate Clients and International Partners
• Skills in public speaking (both English and Bengali)
• Track head count, internal cost and optimization of company resources

Experience

• Between 7 to 10 years in service (Bank / Telecom / Service Industry / FMCG / Advertising Agency) in Bangladesh or abroad
• Minimum 30 years or above
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Must have experience in leading a team of professional
• Must have experience in keeping track / movement of financial & commercial matters within the company

• Minimum graduate from any local or international university
• (optional) MBA in Finance / Marketing will be given preference
• (optional) Courses in IT / Technical system design will be added advantage
• Must be strong in English language
