HR OFFICER VACANCY IN A PRIVATE COMMERCIAL BANK

The Bank has recently initiated a transformation Endeavour with new business and operating model and strategy. As part of the new initiatives the Bank is going to recruit number of competent and experienced professionals to appoint as “HR Officer”.

Positions: HR Officer (Officer/ Executive Officer). Candidates from other banks will be recruited as regular staff. Candidates, with required banking experience but currently is in a break from Banking industry, will be hired on contractual basis with possibilities of regularization basing on the performance.

Requirements for the Candidate:

  • Ability to work with the operational HR issues of a Private Commercial Bank. Experience in working with payroll, service benefits and other forms of compensation will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to identify asses and offer solution to the HR needs of various components of the Bank.
  • Ability to verify the factual information submitted with CV such as dates and places of employment, educational history, personal information etc.
  • Having knowledge of estimation of the forecasted manpower for the forthcoming year, collecting actual manpower recruitment based on grades and functions from all the entities (Branch & Head Office) of the Bank in a proactive manner.
  • Capable of working closely with the HR Strategy Team to create a branding strategy that highlights the Private Commercial Bank as an Employer of Choice, offering exciting and engaging long–term career opportunities.
  • To create, maintain and update job descriptions and job specifications for the positions in various components of the Bank.
  • Ability to contribute in the Bank’s staff performance management system.
  • Sound knowledge of Provident Fund Management, Fund Investment & Preparation of necessary Financial Statement will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to undertake HR works related to employee's welfare and assists in designing and developing competitive compensation package to attract talented bankers and specialized staff in line with   Bank's strategy, objective etc.
  • Ability to prepare HR office notes, orders, office memos etc by maintaining objectivity and clarity.
  • Willingness to undertake any other relevant tasks / responsibilities as assigned.

Experience Requirements:  Minimum 03-08 years Banking work experience with minimum 02-05 Years or more banking HR experiences, as per the level/ rank he/ she applies/ aspires for .  

Education Requirement: MBA/MBM/Masters in any discipline having no third division/class in any examination. Major in HRM will be an added advantage.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 38 years.
