The Bank has recently initiated a transformation endeavor with new business and operating model and strategy. As part of the new initiatives the Bank is going to recruit number of competent and experienced professionals to appoint as “Recovery Officer”.
Positions: Recovery Officer. Candidates from other banks will be recruited as regular staff. Candidates, with required banking experience but currently is in a break from Banking industry, will be hired on contractual basis with possibilities of regularization basing on the performance.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Good understanding of recovery challenges of private commercial banks in Bangladesh context.
- Good understanding of recovery strategy.
- Good knowledge of recovery tools, tactic and techniques.
- Good knowledge of recovery related laws.
- Good understanding of loans and their class ifications.
- Good collection negotiation skill.
- Ability to take effective measures for the management of Non Performing Loan.
- Ability to initiate / take legal measures against default borrowers of the Bank.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Ability to take up other relevant tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Bank management.
- Ability to act as primary bank contact for all practical recovery related purposes.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 03-19 Years or more banking experiences, as per the level/ rank he/ she applies for, with at least 02 (two) years of recent banking recovery experience in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.
Education Requirement: MBA/MBM/Masters in any discipline having no third division/class in any examination.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years
