A GLOBAL LEADER IN MARINE AND ENERGY MARKETS INTENDS TO RECRUIT FOLLOWING PROFESSIONALS IN SERVICE SALES DEPARTMENT OF ITS BANGLADESH OPERATION.

Manager/Coordinator - Parts, Purchase & Logistics

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain quotations, analyze & negotiate prices and issue purchase orders upon processing internal approval.
  • Follow-up orders and co-ordinate delivery of goods/services including logistics in order to reach delivery time and cost targets.
  • Responding to parts queries from customers and sales support teams.
  • Liaise with customers or sales team about the content and terms of the offerings, technical specifications and /or delivery information.
  • Clarify the material numbers and parts code related issues and monitor timely parts deliveries.
  • Timely handling of spare part related non-conformities.
  • Ensure data is maintained and the required documentations are created in relevant systems.
  • Continuous improvement of logistics process.
  • Coordinate with other departments in order to find satisfactory solutions for smooth customer service.

Experience:

  • 12 years’ experience in industrial/engineering environment including engineering sales. Experience   requirement is flexible for highly potential candidates.

Education:

  • Mechanical/Electrical/Marine Engineering or Equivalent Degree preferably from public university/institution.
