Manager, Administration & Facility
Responsibilities:
- Manages and performs activities and projects within own area of responsibility
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure quality of operation within own area of responsibility
- Direct facilities staff, assess performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Oversee the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies
- Oversee facility services (both for offices and workshops) and maintenance activities
- Oversee transportation services and maintenance activities
- Plan workspaces and oversee renovation projects
- Plan and organize employee and customer events
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage; plan and execute improvement targets
- Ensure IM facilities run smoothly
- Obtain and maintain permits and licences
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Accountabilities:

Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ job experience in the relevant field.
- Job experience in multinational companies will be an added advantage.
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a reputable university.
