SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Handle service project offers, service agreements, service work planning etc.
• Generate quotations by evaluating inquires and registering/ maintaining opportunity information
• Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings
• Communicate with sales experts and customers about technical specifications and /or delivery information
• Prepare drafts of different types of agreements i.e. Spare Parts Supply, Maintenance etc.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs
• Create, maintain and manage all customer data, reports and opportunities in CRM/Sales Tool/Module/SAP
• Ensure that customer inquiries, orders and complaints are responded in a prompt and satisfactory manner
• Maintain and further develop customer relationships
• Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests in order to find satisfactory solutions
• Prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes, sales presentation material and upload in internal directory

Experience:

• 5 -7 years’ experience in industrial/engineering environment. Experience requirement is flexible for female and young applicants.

Education:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Marine Engineering preferably from public university/ institution.
