Service Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, report and assume accountability for sales and sales margin for assigned customer accounts
- Maintain and further develop relationship with assigned customer
- Drive and monitor customer satisfaction, issue resolution & follow through on commitments
- Qualify and follow up on leads, responds promptly to information requests aiming to increase revenue
- Create Account Plan for major customers, execute the plan and update changes throughout the year
- Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information
- Visit customers based on weekly planning activities
- Create and update Customer Visit Report and Opportunity Roadmap in CRM
- Coordinate sales activities for global or cross country operating customers
- Coordinating with other department and delivery functions to provide quality and smooth customer service
- Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information
- Propose customer specific budgets based on historical data, market outlook, identified opportunities and strategy.
- Ensure credit collection within targeted dates
- Ensure that customer inquiries, orders and complaints are responded in a prompt and satisfactory manner
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial/engineering environment including engineering sales.
Education:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Marine Engineering preferably from public university/ institution.
