We are looking for an Executive (Factory Co-ordination)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Ensure co-ordination between factory & head office
  • Prepare new employee (factory) file and preserve them.
  • Take part in new employee induction program (factory part)
  • Provide training need analysis from factory to head office
  • Arrange training for factory employees.
  • Receive salary certificate Requisition from factory employees & send it to head office.
  • Distribute increment letter to factory employees. 
  • Take part in factory employee clearance
  • Any other task given by the H.O.D

Educational Requirements:
BBA(Major in HRM) from any reputed university.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year experience in relevant field.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be good written and spoken in Bangla and English.
  • Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office.

Job Location: Factory (Savar)

Job Nature: Full Time

Salary Range: Negotiable
