We are looking for an Executive/Sr. Executive (Pay Roll)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Prepare monthly salary statements including salary requisition & bank forwarding’s
  • Adjusting and deducting all the salary related changes in the salary statement including inclusion of new employees & exclusion of resigned employees
  • Prepare comparative salary statements according to need basis
  • Prepare arrear bills
  • Prepare salary certificate to the employees.
  • Prepare increment letters for employees.
  • Prepare Experience Certificate
  • Prepare Clearance Letter
  • Prepare customized salary certificate to the employees for loans and other purposes.
  • Prepare employment certificate to the employees.
  • Any other task given by the H.O.D

Educational Requirements:
BBA (Major in HRM) from any reputed university.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 Year experience in Pay Roll, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be good written and spoken in Bangla and English.
  • Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office.

Job Location: Dhaka

Job Nature: Full Time

Salary Range: Negotiable
