A large multinational Power Generation Company with operations in Bangladesh is looking for an experienced Office Assistant.

Office Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls & recording information as required.
  • Greet clients, vendors & guests upon arrival and connect them with appropriate person.
  • Maintain & communicate company phone directory.
  • Receiving & sending courier & postage also maintaining the related register.
  • Receiving tender documents & dropping on tender box.
  • Collect Pay order, withdrawal & deposit of cash, send LC documents as & when required.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Regularly monitor all kind of office furniture, fittings, and machineries for repair & maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Help to collect vendor information.
  • Follow-up and supervise cleaning activities of cleaning staff.
  • Provide support on organizing office events.
  • Assisting in checking monthly medical, overtime & other claims.
  • Checking & verifying related bills of Dhaka office.
  • Any other support task assigned by supervisor time to time.    

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have a sound health condition.


  •    Minimum HSC from any background.
  •    2 to 3 years of experience in similar type of role will get preference.
  •    Basic understanding on English language (Oral & written) is required.
  •    Basic Computer literacy (MS WORD & Excel) will get preference.
  •    Ability to work under pressure.
