A large multinational Power Generation Company with operations in Bangladesh is looking for Trainee Engineers. Trainee Engineer Program for freshly qualified engineers interested in obtaining training, exposure and experience in real time plant operation, plant maintenance & instrumentation, information technology, corporate culture and industrial environment. The program for fresh engineers shall comprise of the following:

Trainee Engineers

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The training program shall be for duration of one year covering on-the-job training and exposure in different disciplines of engineering 
  
• The trainees shall be entitled to receive a reasonable monthly lump sum stipend during the training period
  
• On successful completion, the trainees shall be awarded with training certificates

Requirement:

• B.Sc Engineering in chemical, mechanical, electrical or IT engineering
  
• Sound health for Plant Environment
  
• Commitment to the training program and willing to work in rotational shifts attend rotating shift for on Job Training
  
• Students who have appeared in their final engineering examination are eligible to apply
