MERCHANDISER                                                        :

Our merchandisers control the entire process from sourcing to shipping, including development and quotations, as well as managing the approval process and ensuring the shipments go out on time. For this key position we need experienced, presentable and highly motivated candidates that can work independently with their assigned department, functioning as a true extension of our Italian buying team. Further requirements are excellent written and verbal English skills, good knowledge of the knit & woven garment production process and costing. Strong order execution and computer skills. Academic qualification at minimum Bachelor level is required, preferable in Business Administration or Textile, with 5-7 years practical experience in this field. Experience at a foreign buying office will be preferred.

PRODUCT DEVELOPER (APPAREL):

This is a creative position, which requires a pro-active and self-motivated individual. The candidate is tasked to develop new fabrics, accessories and styles for our wide range of buyers, from baby- & kids-wear to ladies- and menswear. The candidate must constantly update him-/herself on the latest seasonal fashion trends and also maintain our fabric collection. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or similar, with 10 to 15 years experience in similar positions with direct exposure to foreign buyers. Fluent spoken and written English, as well as excellent presentation and organizational skills are essential.

QUALITY CONTROLLER (APPAREL):

For this position, we are looking for a dynamic person with a strong character, who has around 10-12 years of experience in making hands-on production improvements & quality inspections at 3rd party apparel factories. Strong knowledge in all apparel categories and production methodologies is a must and candidates who have working experience at an international apparel sourcing organization are preferred. Candidates are required to have a Masters or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have good computer skills and command good spoken and written English. Candidates with additional experience with social compliance audits will have an advantage.
