Job Description / Responsibility
- Applicants have to be master in vetting of property documents irrespective of leasehold and freehold land of different area.
- Applicant have to have excellent drafting skill of different types of deeds, agreement(s),
- Applicant must be able to vetting of different types of agreements.
- Applicant should have capacity to keep liaison with the related parties including land offices.
- Applicants have to have good command both in writing & speaking in Bangla and English language.
- Applicants have to be skilled in MS Word & Excel.
Educational Requirements
- LLB/ LLM
- Applicant shall obtain relevant work experience as well as to complete Aminship Course.
- Applicant must have the membership of Bar Council.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Lawyer, Land
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
Job Requirements
- Age 30-45 year(s)
- Applicant must have knowledge in Law of Contract, Transfer of Property Act, The Registration Act, State Acquisition Tenancy Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain.
- The applicant must have 3 (three) years experience at reputed Corporate Law Chamber in documentation field.
