Looking for Executive/ Senior Executive - HR

A local conglomerate and one of the pioneersin the pharmaceuticals industry of Bangladesh (among the top 10), enjoying significant coverage in the national and international market is looking for dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and competent individuals to fill out following position who will act to attain the expansion needs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with implementing value added performance management including process design, content development, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Provide necessary support in implementing various human capital development programs such as talent acquisition, career management, learning & development etc.
  • Conduct TNA (Training Needs Assessment), Justify learning objectives, prepare training plan, training budget, arrange training in connection with reputed training institutes or competent resource persons.
  • Prepare Benchmarked role profile and identify KRA/KPIs in line with key success factors as well as departmental objective.
  • Work with process reengineering for streamlining the work processes.
  • Assist in working with organization development activities and provide change management ideas, thoughts and support for the smooth transformation of change initiatives.
  • Review, monitor and coordinate with department heads regarding the progress of department objectives and individual KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

  • BBA/ MBA major in HRM from any recognized university.
  • 2-4 years experience in HR of a reputed organization will get preference but freshers are also highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring in terms of content development, program planning, public speaking will get preference.
  • Sound knowledge of modern business and management theories & concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Ability to develop working partnerships with concerned departments.
  • Time management, priority based tasking, organizing and change facilitating skills.
