Senior Manager (Portfolio)

Job Description

• Ensure delivering customized clientele service to keep the investors happy & satisfied.
• Monitoring dealing officers and traders of the panel brokers.
• Oversee and monitor excess buy, negative & positive equity, purchase power limit, broker wise netting etc.
• Implement a strong monitoring and controlling system over the investors with higher margin loan ratio and negative equity.
• Comply and ensure implementation of any change/ addition/ deletion/ modification/ alteration of any rules/ regulations of SEC related to margin loan and portfolio management.
• Find and secure new Investors for the development of the Co. to maximize profit.  
• Designing, developing, preparing and submitting management reports on the activities of the section to the head of the department.
• Ensure extending margin loan facility analyzing case to case basis as per Co. policy and maintain margin loan ratio and limit as per company policy & SEC rules.
• To train up the officers working in the Department.
• To realize optimum output from the officers working in the Department.
• To augment the standard of service of the Company.
• To look after the cleanliness of the office and working environment.
• To ensure timely submission of all returns.
• To increase efficiency and mobility of the staff. 
• Any other relevant job assigned by the management.

Job Requirement

• MBA/Masters Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting/Marketing/Management/Economics from any recognized university.
• Candidates must possess 2nd class or higher CGPA.
• Minimum 7 years working experience in any Merchant Bank with at least 03 years in managerial role.
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Leadership skills.
• Goal oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
• Team player.
