Position: Head of Operations

Position Objective:

Head of Operations oversees overall operations from product supply and receipt to delivery at customer locations within the set International Standard and good practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize Terminal operation and strategic resource planning.
• Ensure proper storage of LPG maintaining highest standard of safety.
• Ensure Terminal technical operations efficiently.
• Maintain proper inventory of supplies, stock level such that availability of LPG for sale and distribution.
• Lead the entire process of receiving LPG from LPG ship/carrier.
• Ensure training of operation personnel for operational & safety procedures.
• Oversee performance management of the team members.
• Prepare annual departmental budget.
• Oversee distribution and logistics activities.
• Look after fleet Sourcing & Management for both owned and contracted vehicles.
• Perform any other tasks as per business requirement and assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Bangladeshi or foreign institute.
• 12+ years of working experience preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
• Adequate knowledge on LPG Terminal operations.
• B2B Knowledge.
• IT Proficiency specially in MS Office Package and commonly used software.
• Proficiency in English language.
