Job Responsibilities :
- Preparation of all kinds of Financial and Accounts activities.
- Arrange payment of Supplier’s bills.
- Prepare Tax and Vat related documents.
- Ensure bills and vouchers checking, verifying and proper recording as per guideline.
- Confirm the bank reconciliation statement for all bank accounts.
- Reconcile the inter-company transactions with other sister concern.
- Checking proper documentation of bills and vouchers.
- Prepare monthly collection and deposits statement.
- Prepare monthly payment statement.
- Reconcile the Accounts receivable and Payable statement.
- Reconcile the other Current Assets and liabilities.
- Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
- Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets.
- Monthly sales, outstanding, collection reports.
- Any other activities required by the management time to time.
Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in related field will be treated as extra quality, but freshers are also encouraged.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Cash Management
Salary: Negotiable
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum MBA/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any recognized university.
Additional Job Requirements
- Must possess good IT skills and be well conversant with Automated Accounting/Finance System.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
