Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to Deputy Managing Director(DMD)
- Maintaining schedule, Appointment
- Preparing document, brief, report and presentation
- Ensuring logistic for foreign tour & preparing itinerary
- Dealing with email, faxes and post
- Taking dictation and making drafts, keeping meeting minutes
- Communicating with local & overseas companies and offices.
Experience: Experienced in related field are preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
Person Specification:
Academic Qualifications : Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
Computer Literacy: Excellent aptitude in MS Excel and MS Word is essential.
Personal Attributes:
The incumbent should have the following qualities:
- Age 22 - 30 year
- Having good knowledge on secretarial job
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command on English and Bengali is essential
- Capability of drafting will be treated as added quality
