Position Title: Deputy Manager (Logistic)

Major Job & Responsibilities:

  • To do and coordinate all activities regarding authority permissions and renew the same from RAJUK, City Corporation, WASA, GAS, PDB, Police, Environment dept and so on.
  • Follow up of utilities bill payment and rent collection
  • To handle external administration issues to run the construction smoothly.
  • Supervision and execution of physical utility related works at project.
  • Coordinate between project site & office for smooth decision making process
  • To ensure all types of logistic support as and when required
  • Capable to support a large construction project independently.
  • Day to day Reporting/updating to GM Construction

Education/ Qualification:

  • Masters in any discipline (Public Universities preferred).
  • Diplomas in Logistic Management will be given preference.
  • Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
  • Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy.
  • This position demands high level of integrity of the incumbent.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 07 year(s) experience in the following area(s): Construction Industries, Real Estates.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age At most 40 year(s)
  • Thorough knowledge on licensing procedure, Logistics support.
  • Dynamic, self-starter, proactive, analytical, team player with strong leadership quality.
  • Interpersonal skills and sound communication skills is essential.
  • Computer literacy is must.
