A leading Multinational Company invites application from the suitable candidates as ‘IT Manager’ based in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities:
- Establishment and maintenance of the office network, all types of servers of the regional/corporate office and projects office including subsidiaries.
- Ensure adequate IT facilities for all staffs and keep updated with the latest technology.
- Installing, support and supervise all IT equipment (Head office, project offices and subsidiaries) and exchange server.
- Work as System Administrator at Regional/Head Office and Project Office as and when required according to the organization’s IT policy.
- Implement and maintenance of IT policy and ensure data privacy of the organization.
- Ensure Data Backup in compliance to Quality Management System.
- Coordinate in purchasing of all software and Hardware of computers / equipment.
- Configure and trouble shooting of all computers E-mail & File Server.
- Assembling/ repair computers, configuring them with Operating System and Software.
- Supervise and maintain hardware of the computers and systems.
- Maintenance of computer and computer accessories asset register.
- Organize and conduct training for SMEC staff as and when required.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the competent authority.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Masters in Information Technology. MBA in MIS an added advantage.
- Exposure to Networking , Hardware, Programming ,and Trouble shooting,
- Exposure to Global Reporting.
- Good Managerial Skills
- Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written
- At least 7 years’ experience required in a reputed organization.
