Educational Requirements
- Master Degree in any subject/discipline with minimum Second Class / Division / Equivalent Result in all levels or Honours in any subject/discipline with at least one First Class / Division / Equivalent CGPA and no Third Division / Class / Equivalent Result.
Major Competencies
- Good communication skill in Bengali & English.
- Smart in appearance with pleasant personality.
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office applications.

Age: Maximum age limit 30 (thirty) years as on 30.09.2018.
Job Location:
- Preferably at Rajshahi & Khulna regional branches of the Bank; however as per business requirement any other branch. Preference would be given to residents of Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barisal & Khulna Division (including Faridpur, Gopalgonj, Rajbari).
Service Condition and Salary:
- The successful candidate will be on probation for 01 (one) year and after successful completion of probation period s/he will be absorbed as confirmed Junior Officer in the Bank.
- Monthly salary during probationary period is Tk.26,000/- and after confirmation as per policy of the Bank.
- The successful candidate will have to execute an undertaking to the effect that s/he will service the Bank for at least 05 (five) years from the date of confirmation.
- All other relevant terms and conditions will also be applicable.
