Position: High Court Lawyer
Educational Qualification: LLB/ LLM
Job Location: Dhaka
Job Description / Responsibility
- Have to deal with in-house and outdoor court activities (as per requirement).
- Drafting petitions and contracts.
- Providing legal opinion on different issues.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty
- Interaction with clients and conducting initial meeting with clients.
Job Nature: Full-time
Additional Requirements:
- Enrolled from Bangladesh Bar Council for High Court Practice.
- Must be very good in drafting (in English).
- Must have sufficient knowledge about court proceedings.
- Must have very good command of English.
- Must have very good research skill.
- Strong and proficient in use of MS office and Excel.
- Must possess positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, etiquette and good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be ready to work under pressure.
Salary Range: Negotiable
