A right based independent National Policy Advocacy and Networking Organization committed to the promotion and strengthening of human rights, land rights development is looking for a Program Coordinator.

  • This is a senior level position with the overall responsibility of the programme implementation activities including programme plan, design and coordination in accordance with projects objectives and expected results.
  • Monitoring and high quality report writing in English for intentional development partners will be considered a major focus of the job.

Requirements:
S/he must have at least a Masters in social science or similar related discipline from any recognized university with at least one 1st Class/Division.

  • 10 years plus experience with skill in writing reports in Standard English, developing training curriculum with a package of instruments, good in conduction/facilitating training, seminar, workshop, meetings in English as well as Bangla.
  • The candidate should also have good skill in spoken English, committed to human rights, gender sensitive and respectful to cultural diversity of different communities living in Bangladesh.
  • Should have ability to lead and conduct workshop/trainings independently.
  • Should have ability to represent the organization at different fora national/international.
  • Knowledge and experience in land rights movement will be considered a plus point.

Initial salary package for the position will be around Tk. 100,000 per month including benefits. Depending on experience and quality of candidate may be further negotiable.

The job will be regularized initially for a period of four years after successful completion of six months Probationary period. The incumbent will be entitled to PF, Festival Allowances, Gratuity, Earned Leave, etc as per HR Manual of the organization after successful completion probation period.
