Job Description / Responsibility
- Candidate will be responsible for the sales, marketing & Customer service
- Candidate must have knowledge in Poultry Feed Industry (Raw Materials).
- Shall be capable of handling clients directly and should have capability to ensure quality customer service
- Business proposal prepare, communicate and client relationship developments
- Prepare daily, weekly work plan for sales team, follow up their work and prepare feedback report of the team
- Maintain customer databases
- Collect booking money and down payment from the new clients
- Oversee and handling monthly Installment and Dues Collection
- Phone reminder for dues, thanks letter, cancellation letter (if any) and recovery letter issue
- Any kind of drafting deed & letters (Bangla & English), Documentation & others
- Monthly clients' accounts, collection report submit, monthly report prepare
- Build up cordial relationship with New & existing clients, follow-up of complaints and requirement to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to collect the list of high officials of corporate bodies, doctors, engineers, prestigious club members etc.
- Provide support to Sales team & Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and result oriented.
- Day to day reporting and follow up clients over the phone, email or social network and keep records the details.
- Meet monthly sales goals in accordance with the development plan.
Job Nature: Full-time, Part-time
Educational Requirements
- Candidate should be a Graduate Bachelor/ Master's Degree in any discipline (preferably BBA/ MBA in Marketing) from any reputed Private or Public University.
- Candidates having working experience in the top rated companies in the relevant field are strongly encouraged to apply.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Tourism & Real Estate & Developer.
- Must have (3-5) years job experience as Manager/Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive/ Executive Sales, Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, Credit realization, Business development from any reputed Real Estate or Tourism & Developer
- Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team member.
- Ready to do all kinds of needful to meet individual and team sales target.
- Effective business insight for ensuring survey on continuous basis to know the competitors & for fix up the selling prices and policies.
- Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure
- The candidate should be smart, good looking, self-motivated, young, energetic, polite manner & attractive personality
- Excellent telephonic and verbal communication, presentation and customer service skills;
- In depth knowledge about sales systems
- Have excellent oral and written English communication
- Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package (Bangla & English Typing).
