Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager
Job Description/ Main Responsibilities:
- Proficient in International Trading Business
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development and promotion of company.
- Maintain liaison with existing and potential customers to ensure the business objectives.
- Develop and implement a distinctive business strategy to improve current business status
- Business plan for company’s long-term sustainability and short-term quantitative / qualitative achievement.
- Forecast market needs, assist in planning project launches sequence to check and balance to ensure company’s target
- Focus on big & feasible project
- Extensive knowledge on Tender based marketing and management
- Lead and execution the company’s planned business development activities by making the best utilization of resources
Educational Requirements: MBA from reputed university
Experience Requirements: 5-7 Years (In the area of International Trading, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Public Relation etc.)
Age Range: 27-33 years old.
Other Requirements:
- Take challenge with strong negotiation skills
- Go-getter, having strong negotiation and persuading skills
- Team Player and Keeping self and team focused on key priorities.
- Ability to speak and write fluent English is a must
- Excellent Computer and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills, consultative approach and able to influence others to support objectives
- Provide regular feedback to the Office Head about current situation/status of existing Market & Industry trend in the country.
Salary Range: BDT 75,000/- per month (salary may increase for highly deserving aspirant)
Job Location: Dhaka
