Job Description /
Responsibility
|
- Attending customer’s complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or any other mean.
- Attending support call delegated by supervisor
- Perform Preventive Maintenance work to the deliver terminal
- Providing remote or onsite technical supports to the clients.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents which may be complex or long-standing problems.
- Preparing and keeping record of daily activity and managerial report.
- Carry out any other tasks as delegated by the Supervisor.

- Diploma/BSc in CSE/EEE or any other relevant subject
|

Additional Job Requirements
|
- ATM Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- ATM Software install and troubleshooting.
- PC troubleshoot, assembling and maintenance.
- Sound knowledge in motherboard/Device Controller Board of Electronics peripheral.
- Configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops and printer devices.
- Installation Operating System (Windows XP, Windows 7).
- Installing software and application to user standard.
- Knowledge in networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literacy is must and strong analytical ability.
- Fluency in speaking and writing both in Bangla and English.
- Flexible with shift timing. Mandatory to do shift duty during holidays and festivals.
- Team player and ability to work on under pressure.
- Mentality/Physically to work extended hours if required.
- Desire to rise and fulfill leadership roles quickly to accommodate rapidly growth.
