The candidate must have:

• Academic qualification should be minimum post graduate , preferable in Business Administration / Textile.
• Fluently speaking & writing in English to communicate efficiently with buyers
• Working experience with European companies.
• Familiar with industrial engineering for production.
• Familiar with garments engineering and products development.
• Familiar with production follow up and controlling tools.
• Should vast knowledge in costing ( Both woven and knit product & other products),
• Have experience of sourcing accessories, fabric, yarn, factories etc
• Should have good negotiation skill and well conversant with Bangladesh RMG market
• Profound experience in sampling/sample cycle process.
• Capable to handle merchandising  team with more than seven colleague as a team-leader and should have strong leadership quality.
• Strong Character, honesty ,trustworthiness ,dignity and can do attitude.
• Good communication skills with well computer operation of different kinds of application software and customized software.
• The Age  of the ideal candidate should be 35-40 years old and 5-6 years practical experience in the captioned post and total experience should be more than 10 years.
