Job Description / Responsibility:
- Airline Reservations & Ticketing using GDS system
- BSP Payment
- Sales Promotion and Marketing
- Fare calculations & Quotations.
- Tickets: Understand fare rules, Re-validations, Re-issue and/or Refunds etc.
- Customer Service and Passenger Handling.
- Handle Corporate Clients.
- Coordination with Embassies, Airlines, Hotels & Other Service Providers.
- Payment collections.
- Run the Agency adhering IATA regulations
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5-10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Airline, Tour Operator
- Ability to run a Travel Agency independently.
