The Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor will be responsible for the operationalization of the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan and the project’s internal monitoring system, ensuring the project adjusts its approach based on data collected. Desired attributes are:

• Should have knowledge and experience concerning integrating gender into programs.
• Experience with quality assurance highly desirable.
• Identify opportunities to increase knowledge and use of RH/FP products and services at all levels of the health sector.
• Lead the design and implementation of a quality improvement plan and monitors its progress throughout the life of project.
• Review and evaluate customer’s medical records, applying quality assurance criteria.
• Design the M & E plan and Strategy.
• Should have knowledge and experience concerning integrating gender into programs.

• A minimum of Masters-level degree in monitoring and evaluation, biostatistics, research, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in international health, with a minimum of five Years direct work experience in developing countries as a senior technical expert in monitoring and evaluation.

• Demonstrated ability in facilitating project implementation at field level.
• Leadership capability in planning and implementing program.
• Should have capability of supervising number of staff, preparation of work plan and analysis of service statistics and program performance.
• Proven experience on program planning, staff management, motivation and monitoring & evaluation.
• Skill to speak and report writing in English.
• Computer skill on MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
