Shift Manager

We are looking for professional and enthusiastic shift managers with great attitudes who has ability to manage others, and willingness to assist the General Manager in performing the required duties by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delegating tasks to junior members of staff in each shift and must ensure that all customers are satisfied with the service.
• Deliver excellent customer service and customer management, at all times.
• Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage office administration as instructed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Responsible for the training and development of team members.
• Manage the opening and closing of the Restaurant.
• Responsible for cash-management issues.
• Monitor and manage correct staffing levels.
• Maintain accurate stock control, including ordering, delivery checks, and wastage.
• Assist in achieving all financial targets set.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the similar job in a full service restaurant.
• Minimum graduate from any recognized university. University/ College degree in a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Should have strong leadership qualities and excellent Team Player.
• Should have the ability to give clear concise instructions, good time management skills.
• Should have good problem-solving and decision-making skills with a confident, professional mannerism.
• Must be honest, energetic and approachable type; able to get along and communicate easily with people at all levels and never short of a smile.
