Brief on Job Responsibilities:

• Have to handle knits orders & products (Tops & Bottoms- child & Adult).
• Have to lead the Merchandising team as well as Buyers & Suppliers.
• Have to make the efficient plan of marketing & merchandising chain from buyer orders (raw materials to finished goods upto L/C & Shipment).
• Facilitates all negotiation of consumption and cost to proceed orders. (CM, Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print and Embroidery)
• The candidate must have good knowledge in fabrics & others materials and should have good sourcing contacts both in local & overseas.
• Extensive knowledge of Bangladesh Readymade Garment Industry, European Market & Middle East Market.
• Should have good responsibilities about buyer orders (from yarn to complete garments) and work proactively in order to reach best price, quality & lead-time.
• Monitoring & motivating the merchants while executing the orders. To ensure that Orders are executed On Time as per buyer's requirement.
• Discussion: With other internal team members (like merchandisers, fabric manager, and quality manager, cutting team, planning, IE team & store, etc.) for smooth and efficient production.
• Should have a good personality and professional integrity with presentation ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft application including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), outlook etc.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment like quality assurance & sourcing team.
• Self-motivated, Self-organized, and responsible & perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Deliver any other reports required by the Management

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduate Degree in any discipline with very good academic track record.
• Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing/ Fashion Designing from reputed university or diploma in Textile will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 Years practical Experience on Merchandising
• Minimum 5 Years Knit Garments experience is must.

Job Requirements

• Be able to establish new buyers in the factory
• Candidate should be credential / potential with KNIT GARMENTS (Both open & tube).
• Have to follow the direction of management and have to provide report time to time.
• Willing to work additional hours and have to positive attitude to work under Pressure.
• Willing to join within one week after viva / selection process.

Job Location: Narayanganj. But have to visit Dhaka & Narayanganj frequently.

Gross Salary: Negotiable / Attractive remuneration will be given for deserve candidate.

Age: Not exceeding 45 Years.
