Position: Sr. Executive (HR)

Brief on Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage payroll & others HR Softwear, compensation & benefits of the company.
  • Keep tracks record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Responsible for maintain of all HR & Admin affairs of the corporate office as per polices, local laws & international standards.
  • Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner to ensure salary, wages and attendance system properly through HR software.
  • Monitor and update attendance and leave of the employees
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection process, through prepare and post job advertisement.
  • Assist in developing & implementing effective performance appraisal system.
  • Assisting in analyze and reports on KPI measurement results.
  • Prepare different drafts, reports, letters as directed by the supervisor
  • Assist in Disciplinary Cases
  • Coordinate Meeting, Workshop, Training and any other events
  • Deliver any other reports as and when required by the Management
  • Plan & conduct new employee orientation and training to foster positive attitude towards Company.
  • Should have a good personality and professional integrity with presentation ability.
  • Initiates for the learning & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the organizations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft application including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), outlook etc.
  • The candidate must have good conversion knowledge both local and overseas.

Educational Requirements

  • Honors / Masters in any discipline (MBA, Public Administration, English, Law will be treated an advantage) with very good academic track record.
  • Post Graduation from any Public university, NSU, Brac, East West University, AIUB will get preference.
  • Major in HRM and PGD HRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years practical Experience on HR management
  • Knit Garments experience is must.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • General HR, Factory HR Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement etc.

Job Requirements

  • Willing to work additional hours and have to positive attitude to work under Pressure.
  • Willing to join within one week after viva / selection process.

Job Location: Narayanganj. But have to visit Dhaka & Narayanganj frequently.

Gross Salary: Negotiable / Attractive remuneration will be given for deserve candidate.

Age: Not exceeding 40 Years.
