Job Context:

A leading reputed 100% export Oriented Knit Garments Manufacturing Company based in Narayanganj, Bangladesh, is seeking talented, smart, honest personal with relevant experiences to fill the position of Commercial Manager. The prospective candidate must be committed to the organizational values and work as a catalyst between top management and staffs. The prospective candidate will therefore be a high achiever and have goals to think big and out of the box.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Candidate must have practical experience on all types export and import documents for knitwear a garments industry (Transferring L/C, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, GSP checking, Payment planning, IC making).
• Candidate must have the practical working experience regarding BTB L/Cs, all banking works and documentations.
• Follow up the LC's with supplier to complete the whole process within stipulated time-frame.
• Execute all regulatory formalities (Bank/ Insurance/ Customs) relating to Import/Export.
• Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and anticipate research on future changes in import and in relevant local territory practices.
• Liaise with Bank, C&F service support agents and freight forwarder agents to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
• Must have adequate knowledge on HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
• Administrating and supervising the workings and undertakings of the workers in the import section of the organization and handling the interactions with the both.
• Strategizing, planning, and enforcing the import activities as per the providers and requirements of the clients.
• Working with the unit head of the organization and checking, studying and examining various methods and procedures of importation.
• Import and local Lc will be open cleanly as their requirement and maintain organization rules of time.
• Monitoring to UD, UP, in bond, ex bond and complete the proper adjustment each week.
• Bond license renewal on time after expiry and maintain ERP/MIS systems.

Educational Requirements:

• M.Com (Accounting/ Management) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 05 year(s) in a large knitwear industry

Job Requirements:

• Age 27 to 35 year(s)
• Communication with the lien Bank and Prepare the Final Accounts weekly basis and submit to the Authority.
• Monitoring and keep accounts of every single Stock of the factory, inflow and outflow with value.
• Should have a very good knowledge & command on computer based accounting software (Tally and Payroll Software).
• Should have good idea & experience on a composite knit garments industry
• Should have banking experience on export import related industry.
