Job Description/ Responsibility
- Calculating proper manpower, machine & production planning for ensuring optimum utilization of man & machine.
- To evaluate and install new types of system, and to lead projects on machines modification / factory automation to reduce production costs/SAM.
- Preparing line wise or factory wise production & efficiency calculation.
- To develop the layout of tools, equipment's, materials, plant and workstation to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
- Preparing incentive system based on operator's efficiency.
- Applying Lean Manufacturing Techniques for authentic line balancing to gain the potential operator's efficiency.
- Preparing operator skill matrix & implementing the principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Analysis statistical data & product specifications to determine standards & establish quality & reliability objectives of finished product.
- To prepare weekly progress monitoring reports and presents the meeting
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering from any reputed University
- Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of outstanding/ experienced candidates
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
