Job Description/ Responsibility
- Design & layout of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Apply statically methods and perform mathematical calculation to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
- Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
- Conducting of time study and motion study and idle man machine hours on daily basis.
- Prepare monthly manpower projection & Labor cost analysis.
- Set up base target based on basic, semi-critical & critical operations and ensure the implementation of line and special incentive policy.
- Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
- Optimum of utilization Man, Machine Ratio
- Prepare monthly manpower projection.
- Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering from any reputed University
- Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of outstanding/ experienced candidates
Experience Requirements
- 7 year(s)
