Post: Assistant Program Officer

Job Context

  • A reputed national-level development communication organization working in the field of Strategic Communication with GoB, USAID, World Bank, UN funds and other national and international partners requires a dynamic, experienced and hard-working person who will join in the DIMAPPP project of the organization and will handle a full range of BCC tasks under the guidance of the Senior Deputy Director (Mobilization) of the organization. He/She will assist in implementing the Government Tenderer's Forum at Divisions level. He/She will also need to work in close collaboration with the project leads of different projects and will be responsible to coordinate with different stakeholders as per project need.
  • Job Level: Mid level job in the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the Government Tenderer's Forum at Divisions;
  • Assist in implementing e-GP Workshops at Districts;
  • Assist in implementing the media mobilization activities including Journalist Orientations and Round Table Discussion;
  • Support other outreach interventions as appropriate;
  • Assist in preparing meeting minutes, updates, program reports, keeping program records etc;
  • Any other task as required and given by the Team and Team Leader;

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Master's degree preferably in Sociology.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) in the relevant field.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary

  • Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.
