A reputed national-level development communication organization working in the field of Strategic Communication with GoB and other development partners, requires a young, energetic and dynamic person with excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills, who will look after the overall management of Human Resource Department under the supervision of a Joint Director (Corporate).

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Lead the Recruitment process including placement of advertisements, preparing job description, organizing interview and finalizing the selection;
  • Review, update  and  interpret existing HR policies and procedures in line with organization’s vision and labor law of Bangladesh;
  • Upgrade Performance Appraisal System and coordinate the process;
  • Assess staff skills and training requirement and identify courses accordingly;
  • Assist team leaders to assess staff requirements and conduct human resource planning in short and long term approach;
  • Formulate employees motivation factors, counseling, grievance handling, conflict management and disciplinary issues;
  • Management of Staff transition, which includes promotion, short-term hiring, contract amendment, confirmation, transfer and separation;
  • Promote organizational culture and attitude development.

Educational Requirements

  • Candidates having an MBA in HR or Masters Degree in Management or other relevant subject with Diploma in Human Resource Management are preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Persons with at least 5 years of working experience in the field of HR are encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements 

  • The person needs to be conversant with labor laws of Bangladesh;
  • Should have excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, establish goals and develop plans to meet those goals and capable to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the organization;
  • The applicant is expected to be an effective team player;
  • Should possess good presentation skill;
  • Good computer literacy is essential.

Salary Range: Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.
