Position summary:
A national level communication organization is looking for a young, dynamic, energetic and hard working professional to work under the supervision of the Director & CEO of the organization in the position of Executive Secretary. The person will be responsible for assisting the Director & CEO in office management and maintaining liaison with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the activities of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director and CEO in his day to day work;
- Ensure effective corporate communication within and outside the organization on behalf of the Director & CEO;
- Responding to internal and/or external information enquiries regarding the Director & CEO’s appointment and availability:
- Write letters/ prepare drafts on behalf of the Director &CEO and send all mails in time;
- Assist the Director & CEO in preparing Business Development Proposals, Memos, Presentations, Knowledge Management Documents, Reports etc.;
- Receive all sorts of mail/email for the Director & CEO and submit to him for scrutiny and instructions;
- Arrange various kind of meetings on behalf of the Director & CEO, prepare agenda, minutes and circulate within stipulated time;
- Maintain the updated contact details of relevant partners and stakeholders for necessary correspondence;
- Information management, collection and sharing with relevant professionals;
- Storing, arranging, indexing and classifying necessary records of the Director and CEO’s Office;
- Timely distribution of year-end corporate communication materials to establish effective PR;
- Act as a link between the Director and CEO and other professionals of the organization.
- Undertake any other task assigned by the Director and CEO.
Educational Requirements:
- MBA/ Masters in any discipline from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years professional practical/experience in similar profession
Additional Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
- Candidate must have sound knowledge in the Microsoft Office Package and skills in PowerPoint, word processing (Bangla & English) and spreadsheet (Excel and Access) and e-mail correspondence.

Salary Range:
- Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.
