A reputed national level communication organization working in the field of Strategic Communication with GoB, USAID, World Bank and UN funds is looking for an experienced person who will perform the role of the Campaign and Marketing Specialist and will be responsible for Production, Implementation, Marketing of Project Campaigns, Brand Promotion and Event Management.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Draft detailed campaign plans/strategies for different projects;
• Design, Develop and launch mass media campaign, brand promotion and image marketing;
• Plan and production television and radio magazine programs and oversee their broadcast;
• Develop media and positioning plan and BCC protocol;
• Develop and implement campaign/marketing monitoring and evaluation plan;
• Evaluate the market status and identify appropriate and innovative marketing mechanism for the desired services;
• Provide guidance in designing campaign materials;
• Communicate vision to advertising agencies and production houses and ensure their quality and timely output;
• Organize dissemination workshop, seminar; launching events and other similar programs;
• Establish and maintain working relationship with donor agency/INGOs/GoB/stakeholder etc. and coordinate and involve the partner agencies in the service marketing;
• Provide support in developing e-learning courses;
• Undertake any other task assigned by the Supervisor and other senior staff members;

Educational Requirements

• Masters Degree preferably in Marketing, Fine Arts, Mass Communication or other relevant subjects from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• Al least 5 years working experience in Advertising / Media Agency or other field of social communications are encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements 

• Applicant should have exposure in innovative and state-of-the-art tools, techniques and approaches of marketing, campaign development & implementation.
• S/he should have excellent speaking and writing communication skills both in English and Bangla.
• Good computer literacy is essential.
• The applicant is expected to be an effective team player and capable to work under pressure.

Salary Range

• Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.
