Job opportunity at a Renowned Telecommunication Service Provider

We are a fast growing telecommunication infrastructure support provider, operating with the state of the art technology. We have presence throughout the country through our network and services. We are seeking a smart, energetic and articulated person for the below mentioned scope.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Department: Central Operation Support

Essential Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain second line fault handling of IP MPLS devices
  • Analyse faults, outage and place necessary recommendation for improvement
  • Maintain liaison with equipment suppliers/vendors for RMA, repair and return of faulty equipment
  • Discuss with first line fault handler and NOC for analysing route cause behind critical faults
  • Participate in network optimization process during planning and implementation phase
  • Coordinate with planning team for network improvement
  • Maintain necessary requirements on network security
  • Develop competencies  of team members, field engineers and surveillance engineers
  • Coordinate and follow up with equipment vendor for critical fault handling
  • Prepare  and maintain guideline/checklist for 1st line fault handling
  • Participate in new feature testing and integration with planning and vendor
  • Deploy special project works on central operations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Position requires one/more of the certifications like (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, HCNA etc.)

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications Or Computer Science and/or Engineering from any reputed UGC approved University.

Experience Requirements:

  • Five(5) or more years of experience in relative field
  • Any experience from Telco industry will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in network technology (IP/MPLS network) can be added value in this role.
